We will make your home a standout by carefully staging your property to assist the sale and to help buyers view its full potential.
Each job is handpicked when we, at the very beginning, consider the style of the property and the targeted demographics and then based on this knowledge we create a suitable concept for each property.
We individually approach and draw up details about each property with our carefully curated accessories, soft furnishings, colour schemes and furniture placement to ensure your listing has a maximum impact.
You can expect clear and to the point communication, set time frames to ensure a smooth workflow and process while working with professionals from the industry.
Home staging is preparing a property for a successful marketing campaign with the aim to appeal to the most potential buyers possible. This involves styling, redecorating, rearranging layout, cleaning, and other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. Staging a property for sale provides potential buyers with a tangible layout they can connect with.
The advantages of having your house staged are to help buyers with space orientation so they can imagine themselves living in the house and therefore to emotionally engage the home. It also makes the property look more “move-in ready” and that makes it easier to market. As a result, staged homes typically sell faster and for a better price.

My vision is for everyone to live in their dream home
My design journey started some 15 years ago during my studies in Czech Republic, and I have been continuously broadening my knowledge and skills ever since.
Shortly after I finished my master’s degree in the Czech Republic, I moved to London with its rich history, architecture, and design.
That’s where my personal style was born. I drew inspiration from designers I worked for, exhibitions and design blogs.
A few years later I found myself standing on Cottesloe Beach with sand between my toes. That was about 5 years ago, and I am lucky enough to now call Perth my home.
Even though, during my professional life, I took a small detour through the secrets of fine dining kitchens – creating and styling interiors has always been my true passion.
At vfv interiors, we create effective designs and carry out styling concepts that are individually created for Perth’s property marketing campaigns and that engage buyers on an emotional level which leads to improving the overall value of a property. Our concepts for Perth’s properties which are about to hit the market are clean and trendy, yet not boring or monochromatic. With a fresh and modern approach, we engage our knowledge to present properties that stand out from their competition. vfv interiors is based in our Carlisle warehouse, where we have an extensive selection of furniture, decorative items, and soft furnishings at hand. That’s how we make sure we provide our clients with design concepts no matter the style of their property.
Statistics prove that home staging is one of the best short-term investments a seller can make. It increases the purchase price and gives you an advantage over the competitive listings in your local area. Selling a property can be stressful experience and professional home staging can help to take away some of the load and responsibility while aiming for the best possible offer.
The first impression of your property for your potential buyers is mediated through photos and home-open visits. That's where we step in. We will make your home a standout by carefully staging your property to help buyers view its full potential and features.
We are here to help to transform your house into a home with personality, a place where you can truly be yourself. We will work out the layout and a purpose of each room, as well as colour schemes and the furniture placement. We specialise in interior renovations, interior furnishings, extensions, new build selections and commercial interiors.

Home staging involves a stylist putting a well-considered and strategic spin on a property while keeping in mind current market and demographic demands. That means after the initial property visit and approved quote, the stylist will put together a concept and colour scheme based on the property style and gathered info, followed up by furniture selection, accessories, and soft furnishings. Then on the day the home stager arranges the transport of all items to the property to stage and decorate the property which will make it look appealing and evoke an emotional response from potential buyers.
A lot of the time the way we live in a space may not be the most effective when it comes to selling. Home staging declutters and depersonalises the space and provides potential buyers with a tangible layout they can connect with. It helps them with space orientation and to imagine their own setup. Our service turns a house into home and gives buyers the opportunity to emotionally engage. We will ensure your property will appeal to buyers and that the presentation and layout are maximised for marketing photography and campaigns.
Ideally, the property has been cleaned – indoors and outdoors and has already undergone all the necessary maintenance works, minor renovations (such as a fresh coat of neutral wall paint, updated light fixtures, etc.) and get all furniture and personal items removed. Usually, it is best to stage a vacant property to ensure the unified concept is carried out throughout the house. But we understand that this is not always an option – that’s why we introduced our re-style service which will work with your own furniture.
Simply get in touch on our contact page, sending an email to veronika@vfvinteriors.com.au or just give us a call. Once we discuss your expectations and a service which fits your needs, we will schedule a site visit with a follow-up quote and then we’ll go from there.
