We recognise that every client is unique, so we’ve developed a flexible approach tailored to your needs. Our streamlined process is designed to be as simple and enjoyable as possible. Below is an outline, but we are always open to adjusting it to better suit your situation.

Step 01
Creating a Space Aligned with Your Life
We begin with a thorough home consultation to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and functional needs. This involves viewing the relevant spaces (if applicable), reviewing existing and/or proposed building plans, and discussing any visual references you might have. We also establish a budget to guide our design decisions and ensure a seamless process.
Scope of Work & Proposal
If your objectives and our services align, we prepare a detailed design proposal. This will include our understanding of your brief, the scope of work, a timeline, and professional fees. Once approved, we move forward with the next step.
Step 02
Design Vision & Conceptual Mood Board
We present a Conceptual Mood Board that showcases the design intent, style, and aesthetic direction of your project. This becomes the reference guide for all decisions made throughout the project, ensuring your vision is consistently reflected.
Space Planning & Layout
We focus on spatial planning through floorplans and layout sketches. This involves conceptual drawings for the relevant spaces, optimising functionality and flow, and may include drawings or collages to help you visualise the potential of your space.
Step 03
Curated Selections
We carefully source and curate furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the overall design vision and budget. From furniture placement to materials and textures, every detail is considered to ensure a cohesive and functional space.
Documentation & Detailed Drawings
Once the above selections and conceptual drawings are finalised, we proceed to prepare a Selections schedule detailing all materials, fixtures, and fittings broken down by room, along with supplier details and design guidelines where required for your builder or contractors.
Step 04
Procurement & Delivery Coordination
We manage the ordering and delivery of all selected furniture, fixtures, and accessories. Our role includes tracking orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Trade Supervision (If Applicable)
If applicable, we coordinate and oversee tradespeople to ensure installations, and any construction are completed to our design specifications.
Step 05
Installation & Styling
We oversee the placement and arrangement of all furniture, decor, and accessories. Our styling process brings together all elements, creating a cohesive and inviting space that reflects the initial design vision.
Project Completion & Reveal
Once all items are styled, we complete the project with a final reveal, presenting your beautifully finished space in line with the design intent.

As there is no one ordinary price for all interior designers. We, at vfv interiors, are doing our best to always inform our customers upfront about prices in a detailed proposal which covers all relevant information including timeframes, prices, and scope of work. Each proposal is delivered after initial meeting/consultation at your property.
The budget for one room can vary anywhere between $500 – $10000. We respect every budget and always make sure that every allocated dollar is spent to gain highest value possible regardless of who is our client. Based on our initial consultation with you our work can range and match wide array of styles. However, if desired we will happily try to utilise tools to bring costs down by using preloved and uplifted items and if you are a “hands-on” kind of person we can give you suggestions for DIY solutions where practical.
